Valentin Dominko offers orchestration coaching services designed to help leaders and managers coordinate people, processes, and tools (including AI) into coherent systems. Our services include:

  • Coaching sessions: Targeted guidance using your real situations and decisions
  • Implementation support: Assistance in applying frameworks and systems
  • Lead magnets and resources: Free guides and educational materials

These services are provided remotely via video calls, email, and occasional calendar bookings through platforms like Zoom and Calendly.

3. Coaching Services - Not Professional Advice

Our coaching services are for educational and personal development purposes only. Coaching is NOT:

  • Legal advice (for legal matters, consult a qualified attorney)
  • Financial or investment advice (consult a financial advisor)
  • Medical or mental health treatment (consult a healthcare professional)
  • Guaranteed to produce specific results or outcomes

You acknowledge that you are responsible for seeking professional advice in areas outside of personal development and leadership coaching. Results from coaching depend on your commitment, effort, and circumstances, which are beyond our control.

4. Booking and Payment Terms

Scheduling: Coaching calls are scheduled through Calendly. By booking a call, you commit to attending at the scheduled time unless you provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation.

Payment: Fees for coaching programs start at €600 for the core system and vary by program. Payment terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking. We accept payment through our secure payment processor.

Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to forfeiture of fees. Refund policies specific to each program will be provided before payment.

No-show Policy: If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, your fees for that session are non-refundable.

5. Confidentiality and Privacy

We respect your privacy and take the confidentiality of your coaching sessions seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

Session Notes: We may take notes during coaching sessions to support your development. These notes are kept confidential and are only used to improve our coaching and follow-up support. You have the right to request access to or deletion of session notes at any time.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content: All content on this website, including text, images, coaching materials, frameworks, and guides, is the property of Valentin Dominko or licensed to us. You may use this content for personal, educational purposes, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or sell it without permission.

Your Content: You retain all rights to any information or materials you share with us during coaching. We do not claim ownership of your work, documents, or decisions discussed in sessions.

Frameworks and Tools: Orchestration coaching frameworks and tools provided during our services may be used for your personal and organizational benefit. You may adapt these for your specific context, but you may not redistribute them as your own creation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valentin Dominko shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity
  • Results or outcomes that do not match your expectations
  • Decisions you make based on our coaching guidance
  • Technical issues or service interruptions beyond our control

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in question.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and coaching services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • Our coaching will produce specific business or personal results
